About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Create workflow solutions for approvals, notifications, document routing, onboarding, training, and reporting
- Integrate SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Forms, and other Microsoft 365 applications
- Develop and maintain automated reporting and data collection systems
- Monitor and optimize automation solutions
- Develop and maintain Power Query ETL solutions
- Automate data validation, cleansing, consolidation, and reporting
- Create dashboards, KPIs, and business intelligence reports using Power BI and Excel
- Aggregate data from multiple business systems
- Monitor and improve data quality and reporting accuracy
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, pages, and communication portals
- Configure page layouts, web parts, navigation structures, document libraries, lists, and permissions
- Develop departmental intranet pages, team sites, resource libraries, and knowledge management repositories
- Partner with department leaders and team members on automation and process improvement
- Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into technical solutions
- Document workflows, automation logic, configurations, and user procedures
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend efficiency, consistency, and reporting solutions
- Train employees on Power Platform solutions, SharePoint functionality, and automated workflows
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Develop user guides, training materials, and best-practice documentation
- Support solution adoption and change management
- Serve as subject matter expert for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform technologies
- Report to the Resource Manager, SW&M
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience developing automation solutions and process improvement
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Query
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint Online sites and webpages
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Dataverse
- Knowledge of SQL databases, data modeling, and data integration
- Experience with API integrations and cloud-based business applications
- Familiarity with project management, resource management, ERP, HRIS, or business operations systems
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience
- Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or SharePoint certifications
- US citizen or Permanent Resident; no sponsorship for this position
