Lead others in multiple quality assurance tasks to ensure externally sourced products meet the quality and technical requirements defined by Westinghouse
Manage teams in the development of complex supplier development program plans
Mentor junior oversight personnel with the execution of verification activities, supplier oversight, and resolution of supplier quality issues
Develop and implement supplier surveillance and oversight plans for complex procurements
Perform verification and acceptance activities to confirm items and services being provided by suppliers conform to Westinghouse purchase order requirements
Produce certification documents for major equipment and components
Lead assessments of the global supply base to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Identify failure causes and trends, rate performance and measure the effectiveness of supplier QA programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline, technical area
5+ years of supplier oversight experience
Achievement of lead auditor qualifications (ANSI 45.2.23/NQA-1) and inspector qualification (ANSI N45.2.9/NQA-1); current qualifications preferred
Working knowledge and application involve US NRC Regulations and European Standards including 10CFR50 Appendix B and 10CFR21
Familiarity with NDE techniques and applicable practices such as SNT-TC-1A, ESPN / RCC
