About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of engineers and technical specialists performing engineering functions.
Responsible for all assigned renewable generation substation projects from conception through construction and commissioning.
Evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform tasks for renewable generation substation projects.
Occasionally drive to multiple renewable generation substations across Florida.
Report to the onsite manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certified Professional Engineer (PE)
Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil/Structural engineering
4+ years' experience in Substation design and engineering of High Voltage substation projects is helpful.
Project Engineering and Project Management experience with.
PMP and/or P.E. in related discipline.
