About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide high-level oversight of engineering and project execution, negotiate technical and regulatory requirements, and influence executive-level project decisions.
Leads multi-disciplinary engineering teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and optimize technical designs for energy infrastructure.
Acts as the technical authority on engineering standards, practices, and regulatory requirements.
You will manage PPA, LGIA, and OEM testing completion.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
11+ years of experience in PLC programming, preferably Schneider Electric platforms
Experience of Modbus, DNP3, and industrial communication protocols
Experience with Ignition SCADA platform and HMI development
Experience with power systems and utility-scale energy project
Experience with utility-scale renewable energy or power generation projects
Knowledge of BESS control systems, inverters, and energy storage technologies
Familiarity with grid interconnection requirements and utility standards
Experience with FAT/SAT testing procedures and commissioning protocols
Full accountability for PPA, LGIA, and OEM testing completion
Ability to travel up to 25% for project commissioning support
NERC CIP cybersecurity awareness
