About the role

  • Develop metrics to track Technology department performance and value.
  • Deliver baseline assessment of current reporting dashboards.
  • Maintain dashboards that track Technology performance metrics (e.g., system uptime, help desk SLAs, project delivery).
  • Improve value and mitigate risk from third-party Technology vendors.
  • Assist Technology leadership in managing vendor relationships by tracking contract renewals.
  • Monitor and report on vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist Category Management and Operations with centralized repository for contracts.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with tech vendors.
  • Provide administrative support for the Enterprise Supply Chain portfolio and Technology planning.
  • Assist the enterprise portfolio planning process and support ongoing program administration.
  • Track Technology usage, monitor the pipeline of open opportunities and help size resource allocation against portfolio demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Technology.
  • Experience developing performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Experience in project or portfolio administration, resource planning and tracking within supply chain or operations environments, vendor and supplier management.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management administration is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.
