About the role
- Develop metrics to track Technology department performance and value.
- Deliver baseline assessment of current reporting dashboards.
- Maintain dashboards that track Technology performance metrics (e.g., system uptime, help desk SLAs, project delivery).
- Improve value and mitigate risk from third-party Technology vendors.
- Assist Technology leadership in managing vendor relationships by tracking contract renewals.
- Monitor and report on vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist Category Management and Operations with centralized repository for contracts.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with tech vendors.
- Provide administrative support for the Enterprise Supply Chain portfolio and Technology planning.
- Assist the enterprise portfolio planning process and support ongoing program administration.
- Track Technology usage, monitor the pipeline of open opportunities and help size resource allocation against portfolio demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Technology.
- Experience developing performance dashboards and KPIs.
- Experience in project or portfolio administration, resource planning and tracking within supply chain or operations environments, vendor and supplier management.
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management administration is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.
