About the role

  • Lead a team of engineers to support the Common Q platform for the future of I&C Control
  • Ensure that the Common Q platform is properly maintained, and issues are addressed
  • Lead and steer the future of the Common Q platform to ensure that the products stay competitive and viable in the market
  • Prepare business cases for upgrades
  • Guide on going platform upgrades
  • Deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Develop and lead the overall strategy for Common Q Platform upgrades and new products
  • Support upgrade and new project needs technically
  • Work with licensing to ensure products maintain NRC and Global approval for use

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • Understanding of I&C system in both hardware and software
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team including engineering, testing, manufacturing, supply chain management, and suppliers
