About the role
- Facilitate and lead requirements workshops for complex efforts.
- Analyze and document business systems, processes, and needs.
- Define business requirements and test cases.
- Provide updates on projects to IT and management.
- Act as a consultant regarding technology and process solutions.
- Interface with internal business partners and external service providers for system implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Experience in IT Product Model and Agile Methodology
- Structured, methodical BSA skillset
- Capability and willingness to learn rapidly
- Data analytics skills
- Organizational and documentation skills
- Understanding of commodity/fuels systems, particularly natural gas (nice to have)
- Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance requirements in IT environment (nice to have)
- Bachelor's degree preferable in IT, Computer Science, Business or related fields
