About the role
- Provide operational input during design and implementation, ensuring new services are supportable and stable.
- Ensure all Build services follow the defined best practice ITIL framework and within the defined service level agreements.
- Report to the Wintel Services Supervisor and be located at Cranberry Township, PA.
- Enhance and secure the enterprise Active Directory environment.
- Lead Group Policy architecture, lifecycle, and governance.
- Implement and maintain identity integrations across Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Guide AD modernization, hardening, privileged access models.
- Build, deploy, and maintain Windows Server platforms.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, DSC, and other IaC methodologies.
- Lead MECM/SCCM engineering for OS deployment, patching, application distribution, and compliance baselines.
- Ensure designed solutions comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, audit findings, and security standards.
- Document architectures, build guides, patterns, and runbooks for operational teams.
Requirements
- BS or similar applicable degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of IT experience in a Global Enterprise
- Be an important contributor on incident escalations and key projects.
- Experience with Azure hybrid identity, virtualization, and monitoring tooling
- Demonstrated ability in process management and continuous improvement.
- An understanding of IT infrastructure principals, capabilities, and architecture.
- Established experience with IT compliance controls.
