Provide operational input during design and implementation, ensuring new services are supportable and stable.
Ensure all Build services follow the defined best practice ITIL framework and within the defined service level agreements.
Report to the Wintel Services Supervisor and be located at Cranberry Township, PA.
Enhance and secure the enterprise Active Directory environment.
Lead Group Policy architecture, lifecycle, and governance.
Implement and maintain identity integrations across Azure AD/Entra ID.
Guide AD modernization, hardening, privileged access models.
Build, deploy, and maintain Windows Server platforms.
Develop automation using PowerShell, DSC, and other IaC methodologies.
Lead MECM/SCCM engineering for OS deployment, patching, application distribution, and compliance baselines.
Ensure designed solutions comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, audit findings, and security standards.
Document architectures, build guides, patterns, and runbooks for operational teams.

Requirements

BS or similar applicable degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of IT experience in a Global Enterprise
Be an important contributor on incident escalations and key projects.
Experience with Azure hybrid identity, virtualization, and monitoring tooling
Demonstrated ability in process management and continuous improvement.
An understanding of IT infrastructure principals, capabilities, and architecture.
Established experience with IT compliance controls.
