About the role
- Work from design maps provided through Smallworld and prepare project information for field crews.
- Coordinate crew schedules and collaborate with internal coordinators.
- Review completed work and create accurate as-built diagrams.
- Calculate billing amounts based on as-built data and send invoices or summaries to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering follow-up questions and ensuring project clarity.
- Handle a large volume of small projects.
- Use Adobe tools (such as Acrobat or Photoshop) to support documentation or visual updates.
- Maintain accurate digital records and update project data.
- Collaborate with team members to support workflow and process improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Proficient computer skills, including email communication, digital file management, and navigating multiple software programs simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service.
- We prefer familiarity with Adobe tools (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with SAP, GIS, Smallworld, or similar systems preferred but not required
