About the role
- Plan and lead the summer outage in our factory.
- Ensure preparations and coordinate the execution of the summer outage.
- Follow up, analyse and work with improvements as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience within a similar role.
- 3+ years of university (at least Bachelor's degree) in i.e industrial economics or engineering field.
- Experience in planning or project management within a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge in metric analysis and processing data.
- Knowledge in SAP
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Good collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the principle of efficient flows (LEAN) is valued as well.
