About the role

  • Develop new projects, assessing potential market shifts, analyzing and advocating for new product opportunities in the Americas PWR area.
  • Maintain a knowledge of competitors' offerings and prepare plans to protect and grow Americas Nuclear Fuel.
  • Report to the Senior Vice-President - Americas Fuel and work a hybrid schedule located in Cranberry, PA.
  • Be an internal consultant to executive level officers, evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations for action with Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel's overall strategy.
  • Deliver the Fuel Engineering and Safety Analysis (FE&SA) Business Plan.
  • Responsible for Engineering product delivery, in-full and without complaint (OTIFWC).
  • Engage multiple partners with varying perspectives to ensure agreement and support for all programs and product offerings, including non-fuel products.
  • Lead the activities to provide Product Line approved costs, risks, and recommended pricing as part of the Westinghouse offer and LOA process.
  • Lead development and communication of the Americas Nuclear Fuel demand signal to engineering.
  • Build relationships with customer Fuel organizations and advocate Westinghouse's value proposition.
  • Lead the Americas Nuclear Fuel Hardware and Engineering Solutions and the Project Management Leadership Team.
  • Provide coaching and support where needed to develop team and create agreement.
  • Travel requirements: 25% domestic travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science, Advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • 15 years of experience working at or with Nuclear Utilities.
  • 10 years of experience leading business or product development efforts
  • Experience with the Nuclear Fuel hardware business, including financials and manufacturing processes
  • 5 years of management experience
