About the role
- Lead communications strategy as a partner with senior leadership to launch and sustain global projects and business execution, and engage the workforce through messaging promoting our values
- Collaborate with teams to produce globally consistent materials to increase engagement and educate our employees on our performance, programs and strategy
- Use industry best practices and familiarity with the organization to inspire communications ideas and content.
- Identify internal leadership needs and gaps in our content to recommend and develop new topics to senior leaders
- Partner with other members of Global Communications team to ensure delivery of internal materials and messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Degree in communications, marketing communications or journalism preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing communications or journalism
- Demonstrated communications background with proficiency in corporate communications, internal communications, digital media, event execution, public relations or related field preferably in an industrial environment
- Experience in a corporate setting preferred.
