Take on capital project scopes of work including nuclear plant modifications/upgrades, equipment replacement, or facility upgrade related projects
Create or revise long-term project plans
Enhance project estimates
Manage project resources
Support a large team of 32 people under the Director of Nuclear Projects
Partner with maintenance organization, engineering department, controls group, finance organization, senior leaders, internal supply department, and external vendors

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing projects of at least $1 million
High level of knowledge of utility, power plant, and commercial nuclear power plant systems
ABET accredited Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Nuclear Engineering background, and construction experience preferred
Familiarity with Project Management Institute (PMI) - PMBOK Waterfall/Predictive project management techniques/processes
Previous experience with SAP, Unifier, UKG Workday, MS Project, and P6/Primavera is helpful
PMP certification not required, but beneficial
SRO certification or Operator license from a plant knowledge perspective is also beneficial
