About the role
- You will work on projects to guide impactful changes.
- Responsible for comprehensive end-to-end-user acceptance testing for BPO applications and processes related to the XD project.
- Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to solve real-time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ensure all processes are well documented.
- Build working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyze and determine failure points in the solution.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience required
- We prefer SAP knowledge.
- Exposure to Agile program development methodology
