About the role
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Enovia 3DEXPERIENCE solutions.
- Establish coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers in technical tasks and career growth.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and business analysts to align PLM solutions with strategic goals.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Enovia and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD, and MES).
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the PLM ecosystem.
- Document technical designs, system configurations, and deployment procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in PLM and software engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of software development experience with 7+ years in Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE platform
- Dassault Systèmes certifications in Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE
- Expert-level knowledge of Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE architecture, customization, and integration
- Proficiency in Java, JPO, MQL, TCL, and web technologies
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
