About the role
- Perform design drawings and calculations
- Apply the ASME Code to the design and analysis of primary equipment components (Steam generator, PRHR, and Pressurizer, Accumulation Tank, Core-makeup tank)
- Author deviation and non-conformance reports to support fabricators of Primary Equipment
- Evaluate nuclear power plant components using Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Support larger generic projects that are developing the industry guidance and requirements for safe long-term operation of nuclear power plant primary equipment components
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
