About the role
- Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes using SAP/SRM and GEP platforms.
- Develop sourcing strategies and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Lead category management projects and conduct spend analysis for cost savings.
- Manage RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Draft and maintain IT contracts for hardware, software, and services.
- Collaborate with finance on budgets and monitor procurement expenditures.
- Partner with IT, legal, and other partners to meet procurement needs.
- Conduct market research and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of procurement experience in IT with category management exposure.
- Proficiency in SAP/SRM and GEP Source-to-Pay platforms.
- Advanced contract negotiation experience with cost savings.
- Procurement certifications (CPSM, CPPM, or similar).
- Previous experience in software sales or IT vendor management.
