About the role
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for APX opportunities and projects for Training, Nuclear Operations and Commissioning.
- Guide engineering activities from initial Requests for Information (RFI) through early works, Engineering Services Contracts (ESC) or any contract related to their scope for APx.
- Lead a team of Project Engineers, ensuring delivery excellence, capability growth, and alignment with global business objectives.
- Drive Training, Nuclear Operations & Commissioning scope development and execution for APX projects.
- Partner with Business Development and Product Management to shape proposals and influence customer decisions.
- Represent Training, Nuclear Operations & Commissioning in customer negotiations, workshops, and strategic discussions with partners and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in one of the areas Training, Nuclear Operations & Commissioning, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in nuclear energy or large-scale energy projects
- Proficiency with digital engineering tools and project management systems.
- Must be located in the Americas region.
