Coordinate with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, and interconnection for project variables
Develop project's technical scope
Improve project variables for technical and financial feasibility
Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations
Support development teams with jurisdictional needs
Coordinate engineering, estimating and procurement requirements
Support E&C engineering team with technical attributes for design development
Support E&C cost estimating team for financial model development
Present financial model and manage it through budget approvals
Source, negotiate, and implement contracts for services including geotechnical, survey, and construction services
Represent E&C's interests on projects
Participate in software applications for managing data and deliverables
Support process improvements and efficiency projects
Communicate with Executive Leadership, Suppliers, Regulatory Agencies, Local Communities, and team members
Present project progress and risk mitigation in management meetings
Manage multiple projects at varying stages, with travel to project locations for support and public hearings

Requirements

Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: Senior (11 - 15 Years)
Excellent project management skills
Preferred Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Finance/Accounting
Experience in related engineering and construction of renewable energy projects
Prefer experience with electricity markets, renewables, or battery projects
Prefer PMP Certification and advanced Excel skills
