About the role
- As a Process Engineer you will support and improve our pellet manufacturing operations.
- You will join a team of 40 specialists working with process development.
- Provide technical support to production units through process expertise, training, monitoring, troubleshooting, and leadership.
- Lead the development and qualification of manufacturing processes to ensure safety, and long-term reliability.
- Collaborate across departments as a subject matter expert in manufacturing processes, promoting teamwork and improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry or in industry-related research and development (R&D).
- Experience working with manufacturing processes and material-related challenges
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Meritorious Experience in nuclear fuel manufacturing or nuclear technology.
- Background in powder metallurgy.
- Familiarity with digitalization and applications of artificial intelligence (AI).
- Experience in metrology.
