About the role
- Assure safety, health and regulatory compliance within the group and within the work produced
- Guide the implementation of clear and reliable manufacturing standards
- Monitor the shop execution to identify gaps compared to the standards and propose the corrective actions
- Drive Innovation and identify improvements to existing manufacturing processes prioritizing automation initiatives
- Implementation and integration of the Global Competency Model into all aspects of managing personnel.
- Assure that the Industrial Engineering team is equipped with appropriate processes and the right tools to understand, monitor and define the manufacturing processes.
- Establish priorities and align resources to achieve business objectives.
- Manage direct reports in their respective responsibilities to achieve yearly goals.
- Propose Investments initiatives to improve manufacturing processes
- Conduct periodic performance reviews with all direct reports.
Requirements
- Master Degree in Engineering
- 12+ years of Engineering/Manufacturing experience with 5 years in leadership in mechanical and manufacturing environment
- Experience in welding, carpentry and machining manufacturing processes
- Look for opportunities to improve manufacturing processes
- Drive process decisions
- Use each team member to their fullest potential.

- Experienced in working with and managing multicultural teams.

- Italian and English (C1 advanced level)
