About the role
- Advise, coach and partner with managers on HR related topics
- Manage HR processes such as salary reviews, competence development, merit cycle and ensure compliance with Swedish labor law
- Develop and maintain HR policies
- Collaborate with trade unions and participate in negotiations
- Lead and contribute to HR projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in an HR generalist role
- Professional knowledge of Swedish labor law and practices
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Meritorious Experience working with Teknikavtalet, blue and white collar
- Experience working with HR related questions in Finland
- Experience as an HR generalist in a global company
