About the role

  • You will navigate post-deal inquiries, including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios.
  • You will conduct complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the department , being a trusted advisor to all partners.
