Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in safety-critical systems design and analysis
- Proven track record of technical leadership and innovation
- Expertise in reliability engineering, regulatory compliance, and advanced modeling tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
