About the role
- Lead the contract management function for nuclear decommissioning and remediation projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts
- Manage claims, disputes, and arbitration processes
- Develop and consolidate contract management team for EMEA
- Ensure compliance and risk mitigation across projects
- Collaborate with project managers and legal teams
Requirements
- Experience in contract management for nuclear decommissioning and remediation projects
- Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or similar international forms
- Ability to manage claims, disputes, and arbitration processes
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in working with legal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with project managers
- Guidance and training on contract management best practices is a plus
