About the role
- Will work on approximately 10 projects per year across 25 hydro facilities (primarily in WI, one in MN)
- Develop bid/design specifications
- Coordinate projects from initiation through closeout
- Work with hydro plant management and contractors
- Travel required to hydro sites (seasonal: summer/fall for construction; winter/spring for design/closeout). Estimated travel: 20–30%, mostly summer/fall
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical Controls, or Civil/Structural) from ABET-accredited university
- Valid driver's license
- FE/EIT certification; PE license a plus; PMP certification or project management experience; SAP (work management), scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project), Bluebeam experience
- Minimum 2 years engineering experience; hydro or industrial experience hydro familiarity (6+ months)
