About the role
- You will be a critical post-deal liaison between the Client, Brokers, and the Sales Team.
- Conduct operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the department.
- Resolve post-deal inquiries, including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, and tax exemptions.
