About the role
- Lead planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring aligning w/ goals and industry standards
- Project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for cost-effective on time completion
- Collaborate with our teams, clients, and vendors to define requirements and resolve technical challenges
- Ensure compliance w/ industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout all project phases
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team
- Conduct feasibility studies, scope development reviews, and performance evaluations for project optimization
- Continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and project outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering Degree)
- 7+ years of experience of applicable experience
- International travel to support the Poland project
- Project engineering/management or equivalent roles of increased responsibilities, with experience leading successful projects or large scope
- Engineering principles, project management methodologies, and regulatory standards
- Project management and engineering software like Primavera and Microsoft Project
- Leadership and teamwork abilities, with experience collaborating across departments
- Interested in obtaining Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification
- General knowledge of Westinghouse nuclear products like AP100, AP300, eVinci
