About the role
- Lead PV projects from interconnection through permitting and construction.
- Manage EORs, EPCs, and other consultants to ensure all technical deliverables are completed and align with Scope of Work requirements and Best Practices.
- Write and manage Scopes of Works, participate in contract negotiations.
- Review designs, studies, and drawings for conformance with Scopes of Work, AHJ requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Find and address risks to project success.
- Support project financing due diligence.
- Provide value engineering solutions to reduce cost.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Lead conversations with Transmission Owners and ISOs to support technical requirements.
- Support construction and answer RFIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- 6+ years of experience managing engineering projects, including solar, BESS, or other power industry applications.
