About the role
- Develop and maintain system integration plans for I&C systems.
- Coordinate interface control between subsystems and overall system architecture.
- Lead design integration reviews to ensure alignment with engineering standards and project requirements.
- Oversee acceptance testing and pre-operational validation activities.
- Resolve complex integration issues across all phases of the system lifecycle.
- Implement a Requirements Management Plan to ensure traceability from stakeholder needs to design and verification evidence.
- Maintain a requirements traceability matrix using tools such as IBM DOORS or equivalent.
- Validate that all system requirements meet functional, safety, and cybersecurity criteria.
- Establish and enforce a Configuration Management Plan.
- Maintain consistency across design documentation, diagrams, and software baselines.
- Conduct configuration audits and manage change requests under formal change control processes.
- Support documentation for regulatory reviews, certifications, and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering or other STEM degree
- 10+ years of experience in engineering and 5 years of experience in systems engineering
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards and quality frameworks
- Proficiency in Requirements Management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion) and Configuration Management systems
- Experience with digital control systems and automation platforms
