About the role
- Support all the Platforms of ELA OMS with preparation and execution of field services Outage work across ELA (EMEA, Latin America & Asia)
- Report to the ELA OMS Outage Operations Senior Manager
- Oversee the ELA OMS OCC process
- Coordinate the OCC on-call duties calendar
- Distribute weekly goals related to Outage work safety, quality and execution performance
- Host a weekly OCC call
- Ensure critical issues are reported and addressed
- Lead continuous improvement projects in a methodic way, using project management best practices
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment with many partners
- Familiar with nuclear power plant outages planning and in-processing activities
- Experience in Project Management and Change Management
- Continuous improvement champion
- Fluent business English required, French/Spanish recommended
