About the role
- Identify and resolve gaps in the project component database.
- Maintain accurate records of delivered components for assigned projects.
- Track components to be procured by APX Delivery for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project scope.
- Monitor and report project metrics and database status regularly.
- Lead execution of project scope based on established priorities.
- Support and drive resolution of project-related issues as needed.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to manage scope development and implementation.
- Lead supplier kick-off and pre-job meetings for critical manufacturing activities.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with suppliers and internal project teams.
- Oversee supplier execution, including QA witness points, fabrication, testing, and documentation.
- Manage purchase order changes and ensure scope completion.
- Provide schedule and status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate shipments with logistics, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Power Engineering preferred, or other relevant field of study
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Power Generation, Nuclear, or similar regulated industries
- Knowledgeable in programming software is a plus but not required
- Fluent in English, secondary language skills a plus but not required
- Willing to travel to support emergent project issues/supplier development up to 20%.
