About the role
- Support all procurement activities in assigned programs
- Help develop procurement strategies and plans together with Offer and Project Teams
- Support in the Preparation and coordination of the RFx Process and establish sourcing strategies for suppliers and services
- Help prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
- Solicit quotations and analyze contract proposals
- Support the analysis and the evaluation of all elements of cost for commodity groups to identify cost improvements
- Help develop the strategies to maximize supplier base cost/value
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Westinghouse´s Procurement procedures
- Support the Contract preparation and purchasing process
- Help manage supply and supplier commitments
- Support senior management in the development of visual management and reporting through the use of Power Bi and other custom systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field
