Analyze organizational information challenges, current processes, and procedures.
Recommend and implement new processes and/or enhancements that improve system efficiency, productivity, consistency controls and protocols across the organization.
Orchestrate and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate and document business requirements for IT applications.
Validate enhancements to ensure the functionalities via testing
Provide user support, investigate and resolve issues of IT interfaces and applications as required.
Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, business systems/IT integrations/interfaces, creating actionable insights, requirements, and designs contributing to OSS related business decisions.
Ensure safety and quality are the primary focus on all project activities
Develop and lead a robust method to support both OSS program areas and WEC IT Departments
Own select critical issues and drive to closure while reporting accordingly at various levels
Own select strategic initiatives and provide expertise and guidance on Business Systems/IT best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, technical degree preferred but not required
8+ years of progressive experience in leading large, complex data analytics and design, overseeing Business/IT Projects and ensuring accurate business requirements identification, data needs, quality and consistency across an organization's systems and interfaces
Technical leadership experience may be considered in lieu of direct project management experience
Demonstrated accountability for results while working in a highly independent lead position
Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
Excellent analytical skills in evaluation and interpreting end user information requirements, trouble shooting, problem solving data extraction.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft® Office tools, and Power BI is desired
Some travel (estimate to be up to 10%) may be required for this position to customer sites, vendor facilities, or various Westinghouse facilities outside the home office
Willingness to support outside of typical hours (nights, weekends) occasionally to support critical issues emerging at customer sites.
