About the role

  • Provide IT support for Westinghouse Korea locations
  • Deliver daily IT operations and systems support across all South Korea sites
  • Respond to and manage incidents and service requests
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in-person and remotely
  • Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed
  • Procure and deploy approved hardware/software
  • Conduct regular hardware/software functionality checks
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory in CMDB
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
  • Support system deployments and provide user training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and maintenance
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework; certification preferred
  • Microsoft and Cisco certifications are a plus
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and hands-on skills
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Fluent in both Korean and English (verbal and written)
