About the role
- Provide IT support for Westinghouse Korea locations
- Deliver daily IT operations and systems support across all South Korea sites
- Respond to and manage incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in-person and remotely
- Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed
- Procure and deploy approved hardware/software
- Conduct regular hardware/software functionality checks
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory in CMDB
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Support system deployments and provide user training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and maintenance
- Familiarity with ITIL framework; certification preferred
- Microsoft and Cisco certifications are a plus
- Strong technical troubleshooting and hands-on skills
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Fluent in both Korean and English (verbal and written)
