About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops communications plans for enterprise initiatives, including OHI, CEO Excellence, launches and other priority programs.
- Leads HR communications, including employee campaigns and leadership messaging.
- Shapes enterprise-facing messaging from business units when the communication impacts the broader organization.
- Provides strategic communications support and guidance to HR and business leaders.
- Translates complex topics into clear, actionable messaging for employee and leader audiences.
- Partners with communications colleagues to align enterprise, HR and business communications across relevant channels.
- Supports communication planning, message development and stakeholder coordination for employee-facing initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 to 12+ years of communications experience.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise or employee-facing initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable messaging.
