Full-stack Engineer

• Plans, implements, and supports enterprise-wide cloud and on-premises infrastructure and systems.
• Monitors and manages the health of cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure maximum availability, performing proactive maintenance and upgrades throughout an asset’s lifecycle.
• Implements and maintains security baselines, applies patches, and ensures currency for all components throughout their operational lifecycle.
• Enforces system and data security through the implementation of controls and logging mechanisms, ensuring compliance with the company’s Information Security Policies.
• Develops, maintains, and updates standards, policies, and procedures related to the management, maintenance, recovery, and utilization of services provided by the Windows team.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable infrastructure architectures and contribute to the development of policy recommendations.
• Maintains accurate inventory of all datacenter assets and ensures the management of service agreements.
• Contributes enterprise-scale projects by translating business requirements into technical designs that align with strategic objectives.
• Performs troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network incidents, implementing effective solutions to resolve issues across the organization.
