About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a key role in maintaining our food safety, quality, and compliance standards across production.
Support daily quality assurance activities, monitor production processes, investigate and follow up on non-conformances.
Ensure our products consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Carry out quality checks, hygiene inspections, and validations, maintaining accurate quality records.
Support supplier and incoming goods controls and assist with customer quality enquiries and documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide quality and hygiene training.
Work collaboratively with production and cross-functional teams to promote a strong quality culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in food and laboratory technology, agro-food industry, chemistry or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of quality systems and quality management in the food industry, food safety and HACCP
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Proactive, hands-on, and self-motivated, with the initiative to identify issues and take action.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Confident and assertive communicator, able to build relationships, influence others, and challenge non-compliance when required.
Resilient, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
Passionate about quality, with a consistent and reliable approach to driving a positive quality culture.
**Desirable**
Fluency in French is a plus
