About the role

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, driving performance and engagement
  • Lead organisational transformation and change management initiatives across Group Functions
  • Develop and implement leadership development and succession planning strategies
  • Provide expert employee relations and employment law guidance, primarily in the UK
  • Support business leaders with talent acquisition and workforce planning
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture, embedding company values
  • Drive performance and reward strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Lead or contribute to People & Culture transformation projects to improve efficiency and impact
  • Support the implementation of HR systems to enhance people data visibility
  • Work in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, influencing at a senior level
  • Build, influence, and drive meaningful change across global Group functions as a trusted advisor to senior leaders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior People & Culture business partnering role, ideally within a commercial and fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel across our UK sites (Spalding & Kings Hill)
  • Ability to commit to onsite working
  • Strong background in transformation and change management within an HR function
  • Demonstrable experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic People & Culture initiatives
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance people and business priorities effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in ambiguity and drive solutions
  • Global HR experience or exposure to international HR practices, with a strong understanding of international employment practices
  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in HR systems, ideally including MS D365
  • Desirable: Experience in FMCG, food production, manufacturing or retail environments
  • Desirable: CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification
