Requirements
Progressive experience in corporate communications, PR, or employee engagement, ideally in a multinational, fast-paced organisation.
Demonstrated track record in managing internal and external communications at a global scale, including PR campaigns, brand positioning, and employee engagement programmes.
Strong experience in advising senior leaders on reputation management, media handling, and crisis communications.
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Expertise in multi-channel communications (digital platforms, intranet, social, media relations, events).
Proficiency in developing metrics and dashboards to measure communication effectiveness and employee engagement.
Skilled in stakeholder management, with ability to align communications across P&C, Enabling Functions, Customer, Supply Chain, and Farming, Operations & Sourcing functions.
Excellent storytelling ability, with a clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate style.
Calm under pressure, able to lead communications during crises and sensitive issues.
Highly collaborative, able to influence across functions and geographies.
Commercially astute, balancing business priorities with employee and stakeholder needs.
Culturally agile and inclusive, able to connect with diverse global audiences.
Strategic yet hands-on; comfortable operating at boardroom level and diving into detail when needed
Previous exposure to food, FMCG, agriculture, or supply chain sectors advantageous but not essential.
Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications in communications, PR, or change management are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of media landscape across Europe, North America, Africa, and LATAM. Far-east / Asia would be beneficial.
