About the role
- Lead the annual budget process and rolling forecasts aligned with the Group's growth strategy.
- Build and maintain robust financial models and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop scalable FP&A processes and enhance forecast accuracy across all three financial statements.
- Partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to align budgets with strategic drivers.
- Monitor and drive improvements in Capex and Working Capital performance.
- Produce and present clear management reports and KPI benchmarks for senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting in line with IFRS standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through KPI analysis and group-wide benchmarking.
- Drive automation, reporting improvements, and support financial system upgrades.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with FP&A experience.
- Proven experience in a multinational, multi-currency environment – ideally within FMCG or agriculture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical, numerical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Are a self-starter and have the desire to learn new skills and work towards change driving efficiencies and improvements.
- **Desirable**
- “Big four” background is advantageous
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in an above market (Group or Regional) role is beneficial.
