• Analyze workflows in notary offices in close cooperation with our clients
• Implement our modern notary software for new clients (remote and on-site)
• Identify and highlight areas for improvement through the targeted use of the software
• Implement and optimize workflows within the software
• Support the development of problem solutions and identify optimization opportunities
• Conduct user trainings (remote and on-site)
• Act as the liaison between customers and product management to communicate requirements and feedback effectively
• Contribute to functional design and the continuous development of the software
