About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and nurture relationships at existing networks to develop new business
- Participate in annual planning meetings and quarterly updates with existing partners
- Drive large-scale growth opportunities and cross-sell new products/services across assigned strategic partners
- Meet and exceed goals for net new-to-franchise business

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years of business development success within retail, digital, and/or financial services
- Proven success in winning and exceeding growth targets
- Preference for a business or finance undergraduate degree
- Outstanding communication and management skills, with ability to influence individuals and teams
- Proven experience building relationships with outside agents
- Advanced Microsoft skills, including creating professional client-facing and internal presentations
- Ability to establish oneself as an industry expert
- Communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills to influence and persuade others
- Strategic and creative thinking to develop concepts that deliver results
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to fully execute plans
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to complete required application assessments
