About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Data Analyst supports the U.S. Consumer Services organization by analyzing business performance, customer behavior, and retail and digital trends to deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders to provide performance reporting, communicate analytics, and enhance processes and reporting capabilities.
- Develops, implements, and maintains leading-edge analytics systems.
- Identifies trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
- Refines existing data sets and optimizes existing reporting & dashboards for improved business insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBA or Master’s degree in analytics is a plus.
- 1-2 years of data & analytics experience
- Experience in SQL (Advanced) required.
- Experience in Power BI or Tableau (Intermediate) required.
- Experience in Basic Python or R (Beginner) preferred.
- Experience in Snowflake (Beginner) preferred.
- Proficient in synthesizing complex data sets
- Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple way.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
