Director, LACA Digital GTM

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute regional digital go-to-market strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Own and manage key commercial levers for the digital channel, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing inputs, cost discipline, and conversion performance.
- Establish a clear regional digital roadmap aligned with global strategy and tailored to local customer needs, regulatory environments, and market conditions.
- Design and execute omnichannel customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging digital-first and assisted digital journeys.
- Lead customer and market preference assessments to identify growth opportunities and provide clear product-market fit insights to global product teams.
- Continuously optimize the digital funnel using data, experimentation, and performance analytics to improve acquisition, activation, and lifetime value.
- Partner closely with regional Retail leadership and collaborate across marketing, product, technology, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and legal to ensure integrated execution.
- Work with Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and Risk teams to manage regulatory considerations and relationships, ensuring digital initiatives are compliant and scalable.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver against growth targets and strategic priorities.
- Lead and develop the regional digital organization, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and capability building.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity while enabling teams to execute against strategic initiatives at pace.
- Act as a thought leader and change agent for digital growth within the region.
- Support the formation and execution of strategic partnerships with regulators, ecosystem partners, and growth enablers to unlock market entry and expansion opportunities.
- Contribute to execution of market entry and scaling strategies, ensuring smooth implementation and sustainable growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of proven experience in digital growth, go-to-market, or commercial roles within financial services or payments, with strong regional market exposure.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies at scale.
- 7+ years of people and project leadership experience, including building and leading cross-functional or matrixed teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing or influencing revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.
- Experience working effectively across functions such as marketing, product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and finance.
- Track record of operating in regulated environments and partnering with legal/compliance teams in LACA.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
