About the role

  • Own and manage the North America B2C P&L, responsible for revenue, profitability, and long‑term growth.
  • Lead daily partner engagement, including regular meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, performance analysis, and day-to-day operational escalations, with a focus on the top six marquee clients, representing approximately 80% of total revenue, ensuring deep partnership and business expansion.
  • Drive share‑of‑wallet growth, increased utilization, and improved product adoption across the partner base.
  • Partner with global B2C teams to develop the product strategy and business requirement for the B2C platform.
  • Partner with Product Owners to define the product roadmap.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic product initiatives using competitive insights, partner feedback, industry networking, and customer voice.
  • Lead and drive strategic B2C programs from concept to execution, ensuring alignment across Product, Operations, Technology, and Global partners.
  • Lead forecasting and financial planning in partnership with Finance, based on baseline performance and incremental initiatives.
  • Identify operational efficiencies, cost‑saving opportunities, and new revenue levers in collaboration with IT and Operations.
  • Use reporting and analytics to monitor performance, segment trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Act as the relationship owner for a portfolio of ~100 B2C enterprise partners.
  • Serve as final decision maker for escalated client-impacting issues, balancing customer needs with operational and technical realities.
  • Define a go-to-market strategy for North America B2C payments.
  • Partner with commercial development and sales teams to drive a robust sales pipeline of new clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in payments, preferably within business-to-consumer payments, disbursement solutions, cross-border payments
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable revenue outcomes.
  • General management experience, with the ability to flex across all aspects of running a business (go-to-market, account management, product strategy)
  • Experience in P&L ownership or revenue management strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently engage executive audiences, both internal and external.
  • Executive presence, strong decision-making capabilities, and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven decision maker.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, global, matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of work experience. MBA is a plus.
