About the role
- Own process excellence across regional financial operating centers in Lithuania, Hyderabad and Costa Rica
- Oversee Accounting, Settlement, and Accounts Payable teams
- Conduct thorough reviews of current accounting processes and procedures across regional operating centers
- Document workflows, systems, and internal controls to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and propose process enhancements that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Compliance, and Operations to ensure effective integration of new processes such as cryptocurrencies
- Provide ongoing strategic guidance to senior leadership on accounting process optimization and governance
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management
- Leadership roles in accounting
- Functional Knowledge of ERP’s, T&E Tools, Payroll Systems and other ancillary applications
