About the role

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of several complex compliance technology initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage multiple enterprise-level workstreams in parallel, aligning priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Ensure program objectives are met within scope and schedule.
  • Translate regulatory and business objectives into program charters, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
  • Orchestrate execution across global engineering, product, compliance, and operations organizations.
  • Anticipate systemic risks across the portfolio and proactively realign resources, sequencing, and scope to keep strategic priorities on track.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between executive sponsors, regional leaders, and delivery teams to ensure enterprise-wide alignment and adoption.
  • Monitor and manage interdependencies across workstreams, teams, and sub-projects.
  • Establish and chair program governance mechanisms (steering committees, architecture reviews, risk boards).
  • Create, maintain, and socialize centralized information hubs for transparency and alignment.
  • Ensure product and engineering roadmaps align with enterprise priorities, initiatives, and strategies.
  • Develop executive-ready insights to support funding, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
  • Define the operating model for how compliance technology programs are executed across teams, geographies, and disciplines.
  • Create and manage project plans to drive projects to completion and features to launch.
  • Define requirements for reporting tools and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.
  • Design and maintain KPI frameworks that measure program health, program readiness, delivery predictability, and business outcomes.
  • Create the ‘playbook’ of program management processes, tools, and dashboards needed to successfully execute within the portfolio.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project, program, or technology business management roles.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-year or multi-workstream programs across product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Strong technical fluency in enterprise software platforms, distributed systems, or data/analytics architectures.
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies and philosophies (Agile, Lean, CPM, WBS, SDLC, etc).
  • Ability to distill complexity and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences to manage expectations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed, global environments.
