Serving as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, aligning sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Partnering closely with the legal team supporting procurement to develop and maintain contracting playbooks, templates, and best practices.
Leading procurement-related due diligence for M&A activities.
Analyzing market trends and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions.
Delivering cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvements through effective sourcing strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and/or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, PMP, JD) preferred.
8+ years of strategic sourcing experience showing progressive increase in skills and responsibilities.
Proven experience supporting M&A activities from a procurement perspective.
Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and CLM systems.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
