About the role
- In-person visits to existing agents in Central and South Arizona and surrounding areas
- Traveling 4-5 days per week
- Grow the business by signing, training, and activating new offerings with existing retail agents
- Manage existing network relationships focusing on business and operational support
- Perform sales work to meet and exceed transaction and revenue growth objectives
- Handle special projects including sales blitzes and Customer Appreciation Events
- Build relationships with relevant grassroots and community organizations
- Monitor competition status and report through appropriate channels
- Provide weekly business reports including sales activity and area highlights
- Partner with Agents’ support areas to resolve any issues
- Analyze and understand productivity reports within assigned expense budgets
Requirements
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- direct Money Transfer industry experience highly preferred
- Education or equivalent skills required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, & PowerPoint)
- Sales professionals should possess a consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated, self-assured, and show a high degree of integrity and tenacity
- Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle required
